Service POlicies

To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking. By booking a session with Eric Edits, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and required deposit are needed to secure your session date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel your session up to **48 hours** before the scheduled date for a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may reduce your session time to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings.

Lighting & Shooting Conditions

I always strive to produce the highest-quality images possible. However, final image quality may be affected by factors beyond my control, including poor lighting, venue restrictions, weather, or locations where flash or additional lighting is prohibited. In these situations, I cannot guarantee results that exceed the available conditions.

Editing Policy

Every image delivered is professionally edited in the signature Eric Edits style. Final galleries represent the finished product and will not include RAW or unedited files.

To maintain the quality and consistency of my work, clients may not apply filters, presets, or additional edits to delivered images without written permission.

Artistic Style

When booking with Eric Edits, you are hiring me for my creative vision and editing style. Composition, posing, lighting, editing, reflect the style displayed throughout my portfolio.

Image Usage & Copyright

Eric Edits retains the full copyright to all images created.

Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing images to be downloaded, printed, and shared for personal, non-commercial use.

Images may not be sold, altered for commercial purposes, or licensed to third parties without written permission.

Social Media

Unless requested otherwise in writing before your session, Eric Edits reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

If you share your photos on social media, please tag or credit @eric._edits. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Turnaround Time

Final edited galleries are delivered within the timeframe discussed before your session. While I always aim to deliver galleries as quickly as possible, turnaround times may vary depending on workload and season.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control—including illness, injury, equipment failure, severe weather, or emergencies—prevent me from fulfilling my services, liability will be limited to a refund of any payments received.
